HOW TO SELECT AND SET UP YOUR IPAD CIRCUIT BOARD ULTRASONIC PCB CLEANER


Ultrasonic units come in a variety of sizes from bench-top ultrasonic cleaners to a floor-mounted industrial ultrasonic cleaning machine, so you can select any size you need. Our most popular models for cleaning iPad circuit boards are the 22L ZS-08 and 10L ZS-10. You should select an ultrasonic PCB cleaner equipped with a frequency sweep function to prevent damage to sensitive components during cleaning. Choose a model also equipped with a heater to improve the ultrasonic cleaning process.

Whatever the model and size of ultrasonic circuit board cleaner you use there are steps to take before cleaning begins.

Fill the ultrasonic cleaner tank to the fill line (or approximately 2/3 full) with ultrasonic cleaning solution and water.
Turn on the ultrasonic cleaner, set the heater to approximately 50°C, and operate for about 30 minutes to drive off cavitation inhibiting entrained air. Degassing is complete when bubbles stop coming to the surface and must be performed every time the tank is filled with fresh circuit board cleaning solution.

Why does ultrasonic fuel injectors work so well?

Ultrasonic fuel injector cleaning gets into the tiniest of nooks and crannies where dirt and grime hide to scrub those areas clean. The cavitating and de-cavitating cleaning action of the ultrasonic cleaning system goes where brush bristles can’t. It has proven to do what powerful cleaning solutions by themselves just cannot do.

This form of fuel injector cleaning can only work if the ability exists to open and close the injectors while the fuel injectors are suspended inside the ultrasonic cleaning bath. If you cannot open and close the fuel injectors whilst inside the ultrasonic fuel injector cleaning bath you will not achieve your goal of cleaning the inside of the fuel injectors. Both cleaning liquids and the ultrasonic frequency sound waves has to be able to get to the components you want to clean.

Only one in about ten thousand fuel injectors needs to be replaced. It then can be understood why ultrasonic fuel injector cleaning is a cheaper alternative to buying new injectors.

The cost of injector cleaning is negligible compare to the cost of fixing a damaged engine due to fuel injector related problems.
