38 Liter 600W Ultrasonic Engine Cleaner For Motor Boat Engine With Heater
What Can Whale Cleen sonic Ultrasonic Engine Cleaner Do For You?
Ultrasonic parts cleaning commonly is used to streamline a variety of manufacturing and maintenance processes and is known for improving quality, safety and profits.
Ultrasonic baths can optimize parts cleaning, safety, quality and cost; a few tips can help you get the most out of an application.
Instead of personnel scrubbing and washing parts and, perhaps, missing hard-to-reach cracks and crevices, parts can be placed into a tank of water-based cleaning soap to be cleaned automatically.
The ultrasonic cleaning tank is designed to generate millions of microscopic bubbles per second, each containing vacuum pressure that suck water and surface debris into itself from hard surfaces. The process is designed to clean even the hardest to reach areas efficiently.

Customer's Cleaning Feedback:
Cleaning Steps For Ultrasonic Engine Cleaning:
Prepare the biodegradable ultrasonic cleaning solution according to instructions on the product.
Pour enough into the ultrasonic cleaner tank to reach the fill line (or about 2/3 full).
Adjust the cleaner’s thermostat to 70˚C and turn the cleaner on for about a half hour without a load. This degasses fresh solutions so that cavitation operates more efficiently. You will know the solution is ready when air bubbles stop coming to the surface.
Place your disassembled motor boat engine components in the cleaner’s mesh basket. Position them to avoid contact with each other.
Place the parts basket into the heated bath. Cleaning time will vary depending on the condition of the parts but you can start at 40 minutes. Use this time to handle other chores.
At the end of the cycle remove the basket and inspect the parts for cleanliness. If you are not happy replace them in the bath for another run. A caution: do not reach into an operating ultrasonic bath.
When parts are clean, rinse them in fresh water to remove the ultrasonic cleaning solution residue. Allow them to dry and lubricate or oil as needed before reassembly.
Unmatched Effectiveness
Speed
Cost Savings
Reduced Downtimes
Effective at removing contamination within cavities
Tested in a wide variety of applications following engine parts cleaning.
